TuTu June 16 2015 - Whammy!

Car: Lancia Stratos Rally Car '77

Setup: Stock. Wheels/Paint/Oil allowed.

Restrictions
Tuning: Prohibited
Tires: Racing Hard
Lounge: Public Lounge
Track: Nurburgring (and maybe Toscana reverse)

What's the Connection?
This car is a notorious handful... and there will still probably be some whammys right into the wall, but Nosoks came to me with this idea and said that this car on these tires at these tracks is a lot of fun. So we'll give it a try!

Yup, I tried, and tried, and tried.  I can barely get a clean lap in at Nurburgring GP/F at 2:21.  Every other single laps are spinning like a top or wall kisser.

You could try a tire stagger. Sports soft /  Racing hard as I suspect RH/RH is quite pointy.

Don't worry about it! We'll mess with it until we find something we like... maybe scaling back the power or something... tire stagger as Dude mentioned. TuTu rules are never set in stone!

Soks is on crack. This thing is awful...

We will be dropping the power limiter to 50% and running the Lancia Stratos Pontiac Fiero Rally Car Replica!

Excellent suggestion.  We ran <400PP, the 445PP with staggered tire set up.  Sports Soft in the front with Racing Hard rear worked well, Sports Med in the front worked even better.  We ran the final few races at Nurburgring Nordschleife.
