       - Once a car is chosen a driver may not change his car.
       - Car selection is first come first serve.
       - No instances of Duplicate Numbers *
       - Disconnects during a race will be treated as a DNF due to mechanical failure.
       - Pre-race inspection** will be in effect.

    --Fine Print--
*  - Like before Cars are restricted to only one car per class can bare a number. If more than one car of the same class have the same number, only one is eligible. Once one car baring a number is chosen any other cars in that class that have the same number are considered ineligible. Duplicate number clause dose not apply to cars of another class. In other words the number 4 can appear on a LM-P, GT-1 and GT-2 cars simultaneously. RM, TC and Stealth cars with personalized numbers are limited to Two and can not bare a number found on a non personalizable car of the same class. Cars are also restricted to numbers consisting of one or two digits. This means if a car has a three digit number such as the Blue RX-7 LM #202 are not eligible.
** - Pre-race inspection will consist of all cars off the track and Room PP set to class spec and cars of the class permitted on to the track by class, lowest class first. Cars are not permitted to leave the track once pre-race inspection has begun.

I plan on attending and using a GT-1 class vehicle.  But I'll need to evaluate a few cars before making a decision. ;D

Do keep in mind slots are first come first serve, I can hold a GT-1 slot for a little wile but I can't guarantee anything for too long.

Thanks for the reminder but yeah I'm aware.  I just won't really have time to evaluate the cars for a few days and I'd rather have to move down to GT-2 (if GT-1 fills up) and pick a car I enjoy driving than accidentally make a premature decision in GT-1 that I regret  :P

I can make this race, but I'd be more motivated to commit if a few guys jumped at gt2. Come on kids. Let's go racing!

Well, GT-1 is just about full up, so it's almost to the point where GT-2 will have to start filling out.

I hear the the NSX '91 race mod is pretty good too. The five speed tranny is only a slight inconvenience.

Quit trying to make me look bad Phreak, I was going off of testing and Turbo's suggestions :P :D

So I may not have mentioned my desire for the LM NSX as strongly as I remembered, but it's all good.

Turbo, you "heard" that eh?  I built one up last night after you left, but it definitely didn't have the same feel as the LM, pretty sure I won't be using it so go for it if you like.

Lastly, I'll be testing more cars tonight, but you can pencil me in for a GT-2 entry as well for now.  I should have a decision by early morning :)

Well, I'll join the gt2 fun as well, I guess. I've narrowed my choice down to two cars, and will post my car tomorrow. Right now, I'm wondering who will be fourth to join our little party.

I'm not 100% sure I can make it, but if I can, I'll get in on this little party. Put me down for the Bimmer for now, but I may change after some testing.

Well, since were talking about the gt2 party, I guess the M3 gtr racecar is the one I'm referring to.  ;)

I'll go with the good old NSX RM (#14) then, breaking the mold and taking one of 5 cars in class (of 18 total) that actually are under class spec when stock. That car seems to work better for me than the others, but doubt that I can match wolfpack's pace or tire wear.

I my self and growing concerned, with GT-3 still untouched and no floaters this race id getting dangerously close to being downgraded to a single or double class race.

Start inviting people, see if we can't get this bad boy filled out.

I generally hold these races in Sho-Sho Tunas lounge so have any one you invite send a FR there if they don't already have them.

Yeah I haven't been doing any practice either recently, nothing since I was online with you a few weeks ago.  Now that I've thrown in the GTA towel though, I will probably start practicing for this event again today or tomorrow :D

Ronin, I hope we get a few more participants but you are correct in probably thinking it will end up as a 2 class race.  3 classes seems excessive with fewer than 10 participants showing up (which is how it looks now, bleh!)

I did get your message yesterday and moved you into a floater slot.

I also asked a friend of mine to join us but he is also not sure if he can make it. He is waiting to find out if his sponsors are going to pan out, If they do he'll be racing at Watkins Glen that weekend, if not he may come out and play.

That sucks, I was looking forward to having you come out. Call your provider and tell them your box is shitting out man, You didn't used to have this problem so it has to be equipment related I think.

Sniper, I put you into a floater position, you want to come out come out. I know what you are experiencing and I know exactly how you feel. I've been down that road and I sure as hell ain't going to shun you for something you can't control. I was considering requesting this race be run under radio silence for everyone anyways because there are a couple entrants including my self that periodically show some lagrobatics, some more so than others. In fact I think Chris has a couple gold medals in lagrobatics (http://i.imgur.com/LmjyBgx.gif)

I was considering requesting this race be run under radio silence for everyone anyways because there are a couple entrants including my self that periodically show some lagrobatics, some more so than others. In fact I think Chris has a couple gold medals in lagrobatics (http://i583.photobucket.com/albums/ss272/james_mikel/STGT%20forum/lol1.gif)

Now that I think about this, I am going to re-consider cautions for this race. We have several guys who want to run but fear lagging some one out of contention. I was thinking about holding a practice session at some point tonight, so it can be discussed and possibly refined and practiced then.

unfortunately, this wasn't my choice... :( i'm very disappointed because i have been looking forward to this event for over a month (i suggested the track), and the Enduros are really the only events that i attend with any kind of regularity...

I know it's not your fault buddy :-X

And don't worry, I'm concocting another series in just another month or so... :D

its busy season for us, HVAC calls out the wazoo, and a power outage for a power company that took out 3/4 of a local town here for over 4 hours now. With temperatures over 100 degrees with the heat index...people are not happy at all.

Metal you are somewhat in luck.  The race was not held due to several last minute cancellations.  At race time there was only 4 of us present so we decided on a rain check for a date TBD!

Let the brain storming commence, I had to put everything on hold for a wile because my father in law seems to think he's going to come out here and take us out for a weekend. Didn't get the official "NO" from the doctor till just this afternoon so. I can think about GT again for a little wile.

The rest of July is out for me (moving into a new house and then a trip).  As to August anything taking place in the middle half of the month should be fine for me.  Just nothing the first wknd or last week, lol. :lolz

August and September are not likely going to be good for me. I might be able to sneak in something in early August but I have my doubts. My wife and I got together on August 11, so she is going to want to do something for that day, We got married on the 22 so that day is definitely out for me if not the whole week and we have the baby due anywhere from latter August to early September. Her estimated due date was September 9 but with the complications she's not likely to stay put until then.

Congrats man, and i honestly have no clue when i can do this :( i am quitting my current job, moving to a new city, starting a new job, and seeing my family all within the time span of about a month. Sooner would work out for me as opposed to later.

I don't know about others, but I could probably swing this event on a weeknight as long as it was over by midnight.

Good luck with all that Metal.  I bought a house yesterday and am moving in this weekend.  Luckily it is only 2 miles from my current residence and I'll have the internet set up tomorrow so PSN disruptions should be minimal, lol  (well other than the time I devote to unpacking).

With me, I think later may be more appropriate. I really do not want to rush this a second time given what happened the first time. On top of that these next two maybe three months are going to be erratic for me.
