Is it possible to make it even a half hour later?

clarification: "The night time is the right time." is referring to real life time. In no way am I suggesting an in game night race.

That blue GT40 is a beast. A real challenge to keep pointing straight out of tight corners. It's power and weight don't help it much either. I tested the 330 P4, Corvette, and GT40 last night, and rank them in that order. The GT40 is slow and tempermental, the Corvette is faster (though it takes more work) and harder on tires, and the 330 is fastest and just right. From other guys I've gathered that some of the other cars are very good too. Interesting race setup.

Am I reading the OP right in that all cars are to be run stock (engine/weight wise)?

I'll answer because I'm here...Yeah, that's what he said (again) last night. We can go crazy with aero, suspension, tranny, diff...whatever...but stock engine and weight. I guess this is why I'm a bit hard on the GT40.

That is correct Fried.  PP will vary a bit between vehicles but for this event no performance enhancement is allowed.  Of course there is no way to enforce that...but we're Tunas so naturally that's not a worry  ^-^

Fried, are you interested at all?

Ronin, you haven't replied since page 1 so I'm guessing you are not interested?

You don't need no stinking practice.

I haven't even started up the 2D.

Anytime I hear the word practice I have AI in my head. One of the best soundbites ever.

Anyway, practice for me will be two or three laps prior to the race. It's more fun that way.
