I'm good for 8 or 8:30.

Starting at 8 increases my chances of being able to participate significantly, though still not guaranteed.

If the kids go to bed easy, it should be fine. It's hard for me until 8 or 8:15 to really know for sure if I can race on any given night, unless I talk to wifey about it first, which I haven't yet. 8pm is the kids' bed time, and they both get reading. However, wifey should be able to handle it on her own once this week.

So, I don't know yet.

I should be fine to go at 8pm. I may not have much time for Q, but that doesn't matter. I've had practice, and I'll try to get a few laps in before Saturday night.

Okay, then we're back on for 8.  Bump everything back a half hour.  And yes I would agree that Qualifying position should not have a very large influence on finishing order in this race.  (if any at all).

SCHEDULE (EST):
7PM - PRACTICE
730PM - QUALIFYING
8PM - RACE START

That sounds good.  Are there any volunteers to host the network?  If some of you guys recall the last time I hosted a room (Japanese 90s Sports Car - Indy Road Course) it was a disaster.  So if there are any volunteers please say so  :P

One of you can host it in my lounge.  I believe I'm PSN friends with everyone signed up?  I'll double check when I get home later.

This is last minute thinking, but any chance we could throw a red flag caution if someone gets discoed and reset the race?

I only ask, because two hours of racing is a lot to ask for with the performance of the servers we have to work with. I know I would be pretty pissed if I got bounced at the start, which has happened to me more than it should. I know there is the whole mechanical failure idea, but some guys put in a lot of practice and have limited time to race with everyone. It would be a shame for someone to loose out because of connection issues that may not have been their own.

Just a thought anyway.

See you all out there. <Crossing fingers for no connection issues>
