I was hesitant to post an evnet in the snow but I think this configuration of Chamonix is pretty damn fun.

Damn, I love the dirt and snow, but I can't make it.  I'll be skating with Neely for a few hours.

Any possibility of doing a rerun of this in the future?

Thanks and enjoy guys.

Charlie is watching and if  there is interest in the evnet and if grate fub and goos times are to be had; you can bet we'll see it coming to a Drive-In.

Been wanting to run offroad for a while now; just been waiting around for others to want to play in the dirt and snow with me...

I'm always game for offroad. Dirt and snow = sliding, and I like to slide.  :)

It reminds me of when I started to learn to drive.  We had lots of dirt roads in Vermont and lots of snow.  Shoveling yourself out of a few snow banks makes you learn what you did wrong really quick.

I just wish PD would tone down the hurricane sized dust/snow storm.  You get zero visibility directly behind someone.

bout time someone wanted to do some dirt and snow!

an extremely under-utilized aspect of GT5.  Though, I've heard some are worried about motors in the G27 going out... I guess you could just turn down the FFB for a night???

mine's usually on 10 (a DFGT), but I may go down to 7 or so if I can make it out on Thurs.

regarding hurricane.. that's why you gotta get out front and STAY there!

I really kind of dislike both snow and dirt racing on GT5, but love to watch it on tv. I'm not good at sliding, so if I show up i will most likely be hitting a lot of people!!!!! :-\ A bunch of sorrys to everyone that i hit or bump!

I'm right there with you Flash. I can't figure out the dirt or snow. And even though I have my G25 FFB set to a low 3 it still beats the crap out of my wrists off road.

Flash, I'll work on one during the day for you.

Do you have a car in mind that you want to drive tonight?  A Subi, a Mitzu, a Ford?  Let me know and I'll see if I have it and I'll get a tune on it for you if I do.
