had a brainwave for an event the other night then did some testing last 2 nights for an enduro. 12 laps at nurb 24h(orginally 24laps but that would be close to 4 hours long), sports softs normal wear, no tuning, 587pp eligible cars clio/lutecia cup cars, spoon s2000 race car, atenza touring car and the integra touring car that includes all 4 drive trains and very comparable times low 9:2x.xxx and top speeds all will tap out on the longer straights. now the big question is there any interest?

I maybe interested as well.
-
meant to say 487pp not 587pp...
-
Ah, that makes a lot more sense then :D
-
I'm game, but it also depends on day and time of the race.
-
Maybe, I need more detials. Event date and time, weather, time change if any
-
no weather or time change and the date possibly next wednesday, friday or sunday provided there isn't another event on one of those days(shouldn't need much time to get ready the cars don't require tuning). i'm flexible on the date if anyone has prior obligations we can try to work around it.
-
Time change might actually be cool. ;)
-
I'll try it even though I hate the hell. :laugh

i'm gonna throw wedneday december 19st 9pm eastern out there, any objections?
-
That should work for me.
-
I'll sure try, Wednesdays are hit or miss if I can get home early enough from the bar!
-
About 2 hours on Wednesday (3 for me, I suck at this track) I can do that. I'll be in a black car.
-
That time is a possibility. Biggest local NCAA basketball rivalry game is that night at 7 I believe. I hope its a blowout
-
k, wednesday december 19st 9pm eastern.
i don't think the integra has a chance of winning but it was the only car i could find to represent the the wrong wheel drives.
the car choice is open to the driver regardless if we all show up in same car.
damage will be set on light with no cautions just standard pull over wait in a safe spot if you wreck someone.
qualifying will be a 1 lap race at 8:45 fastest first late comers start where ever PD puts you.
-
goos times ahead.... planning to attend............ I can sleep in till 8.30 :)
-
You will find me on race day behind the wheel of the utensil S2000 :D
-
I need a donation if possible. I don't own any of these cars. Could some one send along a Lutecia Renault Sport please?

My B-spec drivers are breaking in a Spoon S2K race car @ Nurb 4hr right now. :)
-
I woudn't spend too much time doing that activity, as it has to be detuned a good 15 PP or so to make the 487 limit for this event.

Ah well. I forgot to check PP. It's funny too, they were in last place right after race start. The spoon S2K in stock form is way week for that race. (http://i.imgur.com/LmjyBgx.gif)

-
Well, race start is 6 pacific / 9 eastern. I'm not sure what time that is in Josh. ^-^
-
Looks like I won't be attending this then due to the time of the event as I have college in the morning
-
room open in host tuna.

Even though the original 12 lapper was split up into 2 races of 3 and 6 laps it was still quite a lot of fun! Seemed like everyone spread out eventually but for a while there were several close battles that were quite exciting :)
-
Awesome race all. Way to go Dawson. You were fast everywhere on track.
-
Well thanks! The Spoon S2000 is just an awesome car, and I ran around 10 practice laps...guess it paid off!
