I actually don't care much for the friends trails in the license tests. They cover the track and make visibility poor, I can't see my apexes if I'm a fraction of a second off the pace.

Yeah, I found that odd as well. Should be able to turn it on and turn it off. If it had that option, I would like it. I spend way too much time chasing Goes_To_11, lol.

I spent too much time bitching about not being able to see my marks, at this point I am only looking to gold the test and move on. interestingly enough though the one test it was a massive problem on so far, I managed to gold it through muscle memory. Odd considering it was Apricot Hill and I haven't been on that track in over a decade. The fact still remains that the only reason it took more than one attempt was due to inability to see my marks. I do agree, it is a feature with potential but an on/off switch would make it worth having.

Ok, we have our first real attention to details failure. Apparently the Trans Am is 416' 7" long, 155' 4" wide and 104' 9" tall

They go away if you turn off your ghost. I happen to like them though.

I concur

I actually like the Tron-esque light cycle lines much more than the regular Ghost car we usually get (you can set your personal ghost to either car or line too) though it would be nice to have an option for just Personal Ghost or Friend Ghosts and No Ghosts.

Also what did you guys think of the AI on the B-5 mission, 1 lap of Silverstone in a GT-R?  Maybe I was just slow or perhaps it was faster or had some rubber band keep-up mechanism but I really felt it breathing down my neck, or in some cases tapping me on the bumper, which was interesting :).

Also, 1.4 miles is how far I can travel on a liter of fuel. Man I suck.

So what do we know of online rooms? I take it the lounge feature has vanished and we have the ability to create private rooms that are "friends only"... so TuTuTuna isn't really gonna work? FYI, anyone who wants to run TuTu this week, make sure I'm on your friends list!

That seems to be the case. I have some thinking to do on how to conduct the endurance races. Was never fond to the revolving door friends list bull shit.

I thought the same thing of that GT-R.  However, I ran some later test in a Corvette at Willow Springs.  My first clean lap, the fucking car was right on my ass the whole time.  Next time I ran it I was a couple seconds ahead of my ghost, yet the AI car was still right on my ass.  Looks like in some of the races we're going to learn to drive under heat.
