I haven't ran any of the seasonals with the aids forced on, won't even do it for the money  :o

It's not as bad as you think. At least they usually force some pretty hard tires. That said we should be the ones to decide whether or not to use SRF.

Well, after looking at the PP cluster :Fuck we got for the DTM cars (where in Hell did all of a sudden the Audi TT beat out the Merc Benz?  Also the Opel.....

Oh, and after we have tuned about a half dozen, we get an up-date that negates the PP for the cars in the DTM online evnet.

SERIOUSLY, PD, Just what the hell are your monkeys doing in there? wait, I know, just like the "Trunk Monkey"...texting "Banana, Banana, Banana".  That's all they know.  >:( :(

I read some complaints on GTP, that the Miata seasonal is now un-winnable because the PP shift has downgraded them.  :-\

At least they are time trials in the snow, not races.

Interesting about the Miatas. I will have to retry them. If anyone else has feedback about them, please tell me.

An actual challenge?

Cool. Maybe it'll actually be worth trying. I get tired of bank races... wait, that seasonal doesn't have some stupid IdiotDriver AutoCorrect on does it?

I tried to enter the Lambo TT last night right after it opened, but it said it had ended already and I would be given no time. The date posted in the event was 2/06/13 to 2/20/13. I think it is supposed to be 2/20/13 to 3/06/13. :)

They just need to adjust the allowable PP for the event.

This problem was fixed pretty quickly.

However, the unbeatable Miata Seasonals may be a different story. Although I have asked them to review it, I kind of doubt that they will actually do something to make them work for most players. It was nice while they lasted, and they did remove the SRF, but I doubt they will waste much time over this one.

They apparently don't "waste" much time on ANYTHING!  There are changes to various car's PP in the game that impact the ability to run in the seasonal evnets.  The DTM is one example (bait - OCD, and switch - the revised PP in the middle of the seasonal evnets).  The other is the situation with the Miata.  Both of these would have been unnecessary had PD waited until this week's TT's were released.  Most people do keep up with the challenges (sic) and have already completed the last evnet of the DTM races.  Those that did not, well, apparently one cannot "snooze" for long in this ever never ending changing game.  If PD would just STOP DICKING AROUND WITH THE SETTINGS, we all would be a bit happier.  There is, unfortunately, no easy answer to correcting the complex problems in the game that we have learned to live with and accept.  So WHY NOW do they find the need to screw with the PP?   :-\

C'mon PD - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!  :(

There's a bunch of front wheel drive cheaters at the Chamonix DT. At the time of running a legitimate score, I was ranked 111, take out all the cheaters, and I'd be in the top 60-75.  ::)
