I concur

I'm quite interested too and Friday evening is usually a good time for me too.  I generally have a lot of issues and frustration with karts and LMP cars though so I may or may not be there for those, honestly haven't spent much seat time in either in GT6 yet so it may not be as bad as it was in GT5 so we'll have to see.

I do really like the format though, the progression through the different car classes / types looks really good and should be a lot of fun :).

I more or less get it.  A series of series representing the various stages of a drivers career with each stage lasting 1 month with several double header sprint races with longer races mixed in from time to time.

I like it, but I could not commit to running the entire thing. The most I could probably commit to would be 1 month at a time.

Also, I don't know if you'd want to revisit it but this might be a good way to squeeze in an IROC type series within the list.  There's many ways to do it but I've always like the idea of using the IROC Camaro prototype tuned with more power and non adjustable upgrades. Each night run two races, one oval and one road course.  The idea lends itself to pairing up the Indy, Daytona and Motegi courses.

As for me personally I have a few evnet ideas but I'm trying to stay retired or at least semi retired from event hosting.

Things I'd like to see or do.
1. revive the Undy 500
2. Monte Carlo Grand Prix with the Rocket sponcord by GM's bad debt as held in trust by the US Bankruptcy Court.
3. Smokey and the Bandit. Trans Am vs. Nissan Pace car @ Streets of Willow Springs.
4. Legends of Indy. Basically Indy 500 with the different cars representing points in Indy history/possible future. (Rocket, FGT, Deltawing, maybe a redbull.)
5. NASCAR something

BakedTuna:
The shifter karts are an entirely different beast Feldynn.

And to be clear I am not asking for anyone to commit to anything just wanting to gauge interest.

Might ask for month to month commitments if this would prove to ne popular enough. But I don't foresee that being an issue right off the bat.

The IROC idea has ran through my head as well.

BakedTuna:
Only about half the classes listed am I 100% certain of wanting to run. I am still filling in gaps as I think about the concept. If any of you interested in running have a series/month idea I would like to discuss possible options.

DudeTuna:
This sounds good and I can make Friday nights.
