Yep, a constant battle between rampant understeer mixed with low speed power oversteer. Fun racing.
Both races were exciting, in their own ways. Fried qualified first at Fuji, but Max had luck and speed, so he held a lead over Fried most of the way. Stepper callenged for a while i think, but dropped back, and I actually got in front of him for the first time at the end of lap 14. There appeared to be a few races going on through the pack. That's always a good thing.
Max had it all at Suzuka too. Fried recovered from the early laps really well and challenged for the win, but max took it at the end by a few tenths. Spectators reported an enjoyable battle at the front. Dawson, Chrome, Dude, Feldynn, and I went through numerous position changes, along with off track excursions. Eventually we split up, and I chased down Stepper for third, again.
So, Max and Fried led the way, big time. Very well done guys. These tracks can be brutal in their own ways. A few guys had bad luck, on track and network, I think. That's too bad. If there's a drawback to close, fast racing, it's that a mistake can screw by-standers, or yourself.
Thanks for playing my little game. Good job everyone.
One more week in the TVR. We're off to America for Indy Speedway and DRC. That should be interesting.
