Thanks for coming out guys. I was a basket case early on, sorry for being a puss. But that Emu meant a helluva lot to me...
I first met Gary on HSR in Ferraris and it seemed a fitting way for me to say "so long and thanks for all the fish".

Sorry that I missed this, and even sorrier to hear the news. I just found Gary's address about a week ago, and sent him a note, asking how he was. The loss we all feel right now is immeasurable. My heart truly aches . GodSpeed UCanTuna

I missed it as well. No worries though... Wiz and I are working on a Friday night evnet for him. It will replace the usual TGTIF.
We also would like to run a 2 lap pace speed race (around 100mph) in silence at HSR at a specific time during the night in his honor. The whole night will be dedicated to him using S2K'S, but I thought we needed more. No set time yet on the 2 lap race. It will be at the end of the friday night schedule so that as many people as possible can try to attend at least THAT race.

I'll be out of town until Saturday night. Should be home around 8 PM Central time. Requesting an event be postponed til I can join, and if not, can someone run a lap for me to honor GolfPro?

I am planning on attending as many of these events as possible. In the Event on Monday Night, we are also planning on 2 "slow laps". It will most likely be S2000s at HSR. There is a great deal of shock and sorrow at the TPRA over this great loss of a great man. I cannot put into words how deeply saddened I am .

wow!!! he has been and will be missed greatly. i'm so busy at work that i haven't been able to get on and check my virtual family. i am sadened by this news.
