So I lucked up, and got the Anniversary Edition from Gamestop, which includes the 25 AE cars.  :)

Installing update 1.01 now. The anticipation is killing me!

Still hope for me.  My copy left Ontario last night and made it into Vancouver this morning.  It is getting to each check about 2hours later than the Last of Us.  If that continues, I should get it by 2:30.  Or it could miss the truck today, and I'll have to wait until Monday.

My copy is at last scan in the truck in a small town 10 miles away. Bad news is that the roads look like shit. I have no clue when my game will show now.

Mine game is out for delivery too.  It has now caught up to the Last of Us.  Maybe I will get it by lunch.

Picked up some groceries and cold / flu meds from the grocery store, stopped in the Gamestop a couple of units down and just around the corner to pick up the game, should begin the install / patch process sometime imminently :).
