Vee Dubs

The premium bug has a small annoyance. The rubber trim between the fenders, and body will change from black to white, if you paint it.  I wanted to go matte black, but it looked stupid with those white ass strips around the fenders. >:(

Too bad that you didn't save a picture of that. I would have sent it in as evidence.
Any time that you come across something odd visually, take a picture.

I can take another pic, no problem getting this bug to repeat. ;)

Also, in GT5 that same trim only came in white.

PMed these to MGT, but I'll post them here to.

Doesn't matter what color you paint it, the fender trim turns white.  :P

Couple of shots of the Lexus IS-F Touring Car (the old RM) banging around the Nordschleife..

Got a bit too much of the curb one time through that corner and almost put it on it's lid :)..

I know a lot of people probably didn't like the car in GT5 and it is still a bit of a tank but in GT6 I found it an absolute dream to drive stock, good speed and great brakes but a little understeers at first (could probably be tuned out easily).  Well worth the 160k or so I spent on it for sure.

thanks for the endorsement, and those are some cool pics :D

I never liked the car in "5", but I'll be sure to check it out based on your recommendation!

First, focus on the object. Second if you want more depth of field (more stuff in focus) use a higher f-stop.  Third use a faster shutter speed to freeze motion.

Ok this may sound stupid but could some one explain the differences between the panning modes.  To me they all look the same.

Think of it as IRL trying to snap a shot of something which is moving.  Mode #1 doesn't pan at all.  It just snaps a shot of whatever is happening as if the camera were still.  If you use a high enough shutter speed with this, and a high enough value on the Aperture, the blur can be tolerable or not noticable.

If you want motion blur, you have to use either #2 or #3.  I'm not exactly sure what #2 is doing, but with both #2 or #3, you must manually focus on the object you DON"T want motion blur on.

So, if using Mode #3, hit square on the front of the car, and then if you also use a lower setting on the shutter speed, you'll see motion blur on everything around the car.

If you want the car to be blurry, then hit square to focus on the scenery or road and then if you use a lower shutter speed it will make the car look like it's zooming by.

I hope this helped!  EDIT: Both images use Mode #3, but the square is manually focussed on different things.
