Restrictions
Tuning: Prohibited
Tires: Sport Hard
Lounge: Public Lounge
Track: How about Rome? Rome sounds good.

What's the connection?
It's St. Patrick's Day! Winning Streak is a game show from Ireland... I have no idea how it works but it's called "Winning Streak" - which is a good racing term. Also, the DeLorean is from Northern Ireland and... well that's Irish enough. Some would even say it should be part of Ireland! The gall! So get drunk and come race! Exclamation point!
