WTF is the deal every video or pic you show from these other games has so many iconic "drivers cars" and recognizable and important race models that PD have neglected for all of these years. You are killing me man.

that PD have neglected for all of these years.

Always remember that PD has to play by the rules.  Licensing.   No license, no car.

Joe Modmaker from Timbuktu doesn't need a license so he is free to make the cars everyone wants.

I will give ya that point but you have to concede in some cases PD's lack of inclusion of some models almost seems as if they are being deliberately obtuse. First and easiest example that comes to mind is the e30 generation of 3 series BMW's.

rFactor2 is now available on Steam, 40% discount until Nov 19.
Lifetime subscription $50.99.

I tried the demo, now I have 4 days to decide.

The subscription models are basically an access fee for online play.  If you only wanted to play offline, buy the $19.19 option and you can play it offline forever.  There are very few places that run rf2 online so this might be the way to go.

It's a good game and definitely worth it at that price.  In my opinion it has the best AI of all the sims.  Weather, night, great physics & FFB.  Lots of good mod cars/tracks too.  Honestly it's a steal at $19.19

Hey Wiz, can you suggest anything for the Non Start Up problem I'm having.

D/L'd the off-line game, 9.9GB.
On the main page I click on the "Helmet" for single player.
The track listed is Eagle Creek Speedway, click on Tracks, but nothing shows in the L/H panel.
The car listed is the Clio Pace Car, click on Cars, but nothing shows in the L/H panel.
If I click on RACE, I get the message "No cars and / or tracks installed.
I've checked the folders, Steam/rFactor2/installed/vehicles, and it only shows the Clio and Vette Pace Cars.

Could it just be a bad install, and I need to re-install.

I checked the FAQ but couldn't find this problem listed.

Added. All my other Steam games work fine.
