That was from a TuTu event, all the cars were run stock. They're pretty mushy, but the weight transfer is outstanding.

As Chrome said they were stock and quite soggy when pushed, I think that was me in the red Wombat and DesertSniper in the yellow Desk Lamp.  I can only assume mine wasn't quite as soggy looking because I was half on the rumble strip curb thing, or maybe Sniper was giving it the beans to try and pass on the outside coming out of the corner so the suspension had to work (or sag?) more.

For a 4WD car I actually found it quite fun to drive, even with it's softness it still felt fairly nimble and I didn't find it understeered nearly as much as I'd expected (though that may be because I usually screw up suspension tuning and probably make my 4WD cars understeer horribly :laugh).

Messing around on a freshly paved track last night, I noticed the car looks a lot cleaner when smoke is in behind it, than it use to.

Standard car

Premium car

And my half-assed attempt at a tripdick collage.

That's really interested about the smoke / cleaner looking cars, I notice there are still a few "jaggies" just under the door of the 240ZG but the rest of the car does look very clean.. I hope it's not just limited that car and is applicable across the board.  I like the look of that track too, might have to join you sometime for some drifting practice Chrome :).

Also nice job on with that collage, great idea putting a background picture behind the 3 "main" images!

Here's a little advertisement style poster thing I threw together for a thread over at GTPlanet, cheesy music references n'all :D.

Very nice Feldynn. I don't pay much attention to pit details, but learned something new here. Feldynn's crew has Subie gear on, and the crew in front of him is in Toyota gear. Nice touch.

It's a neat little touch for sure, makes me wonder what all the manufacturer pit crew uniforms look like now.  I'm pretty sure I've seen the AI drivers in offline / seasonal races with manufacturer suits on too, I seem to recall seeing the driver of a Ferrari wearing a suit with Ferrari on it (and a few others).  Might be another photo shoot project, the pit crews of GT5 :).

In the mean time, I've been fiddling with photoshop more today than anything else and threw together a couple more poster / advertisement shots using some old shots from my stock files, smaller image displayed that you can click on for a larger size version.
