SimBin declares bankruptcy

And reforms as Sector 3 Studios.

This was done to more easily restructure the Swedish company and retain as much talent as possible, but 18 employees will be let go.

I have not heard how this will affect their games, but the free-to-play RRR got updated yesterday.
