What a shitty announcement....

It's just a LASER SCANNED FUCKING GREEN HELL!!!

Laser scanned green hell is great.  A hyped announcement for next September is a little disappointing.  Offering to let us pay for it now is a little concerning.  Combine that with the early release of the game and offering it on the steam sale, I hope they aren't having money difficulties.

After Charlie's event ended last night, I broke out AC and tried the Z4 GT3 at Imola special event.  Driving with the triple screens in AC sure brought a smile to my face.  It was pretty intense trying to get the bronze medal time.  I ended the night still over .1s away.

I find this game difficult to be fast at.

I find this game awesome.

I can't wait for more content.

Z4 GT3 at Imola is fun as hell.

I find this game difficult to be fast at.

I find the difficulty of getting medals to vary by a wide margin.

At Imola, I can't even get bronze.
At Magione, I got gold on lap 2.

Someone has a site somewhere where you can post times.  I'll have to try and find the link.  anyway apparently the times for the GT3 at Imola range from 43s to 58s so I don't feel as bad with my 48.1

The more I play it, the more I like it.

The BMW M3 E39 Group A @ Silverstone event is insanely fun.

The 599XX EVO is a fucking monster, but fun as well.

I think I said this before, but the way each car feels very unique is what will keep me coming back.

And we're still at v0.4.   I think once v1.0 hits this game will be bloody brilliant.

Did your pit crew run out of windex or something?  Good grief that windshield was smeary, it's a wonder you could see the corners coming up when the sun shone on it :lolz

Finally got bronze with the Z4 GT3 at Imola. I'm still trying to get bronze with the E39 at silverstone but I'm using the stick shift and heel-toe shifting so that is my excuse.

Some sort of gift for the community is supposed to be coming Dec 31.

I think that this was the one that I was thinking of: http://www.radiators-champ.com
They also have a live timing app to collect your times.  Looks like my time is pretty well what it would be for any game: 30th percentile.  Above average but not fast.

Magione was super easy.  I golded that on my first lap even with going off once.  I'm not sure what to think about drag racing against AI.  Bronze, Silver, Gold is measured by number of wins but if you can win once, winning any number is easy.  There also seems to be a bug with measuring reaction time.  I'm getting times over 1000ms.  I know I'm getting old but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't take me over a second to drop the clutch.

Finally got silver at Silverstone.

Besides the one @ Magione, these challenges are hard as fuck.  But I'm enjoying them tremendously!

Got silver @ old Monza in the Lotus 49 with the setup attached to this post.

Edit:  copy the setup file into your   My Documents-Assetto Corsa-Setups folder.   Add them to whatever car/track combo folder you're using it for.

Doc,

does the game recognize the directional stick on your wheel?
