Setup: Stock. Wheels/Oil Change/Paint allowed - make it as Elton John flamboyant as possible

Restrictions
Tuning: Prohibited
Tires: Sport Hard
Lounge: Public Lounge
Opening Tracks: First 5 at Tsukuba. Then voting.

What's the Deal?
The Sprinter Trueno is sometimes called the Corolla Levin. Or Levon. Or whatever. Make your car as Elton John gaudy as possible.
