What do y'all think of the recent Seasonals?

At least now they have made some recent ones with SRF locked off, but they still haven't been all that much of a challenge. One, two laps if we are sloppy, and we're done.

I thought Time / Drift trials were the only ones with SRF locked off?  I did the Nostalgic Supercars one at HSR and could have sworn SFR was forced on unless they've changed it (tried the E-Type Jag and made an easy 3rd, tried with SRF off in practice mode and skidded all over the track), didn't bother the other races.

I have liked the car groupings they've been running even if it is a rehash of A-Spec events, but I didn't bother actually running them because I don't like SRF being forced on.

You guys pay too much attention to the details.  I'm not smart enough to look at all the requirements of the races.  I couldn't tell you if SRF was on or off (I'm not even sure I know what it means or what it does).  It sometimes takes me several races to figure out why my car starts each race in 3th gear after I've accidentally knocked the shifter lever forward.

I pick my son up from school almost every day.  My wife yells at me from time to time if I didn't notice the child didn't bring home the jacket he took to school.  I explain to her that she's lucky I bring the right kid home.

There was not much reason to look at Seasonal details before, except for the basics, until they started adding in Skid Recovery Force, a make-believe driver aid. I don't notice until it arises in conversations.

As for your son's jacket... he is going to school to learn, right? Not all lessons are learnt in the classroom, so if he is too cold the next day, then he learnt why and maybe he won't forget next time. At least that is one way to justify that you are a good parent.

I'm pretty sure I suck as a parent, but I'm definitely the coolest parent.  I let Hayden watch Archer with me (much to his mother's dismay), I let him wear a red shirt with green shorts if he so desires, and he's been riding shotgun in the Z06 since he was old enough to see over the dash.  When he and his friends are old enough to enjoy beer, I'm probably going to be even cooler (though by then I'm going to have to figure a way to keep my beer inventory--roughly $1500--to myself).

Had some fun with this one.....Tried the Mazda RX7 GTX, The '91 Acura NSX, The Subaru Imprezza 22B Coupe, the Gathers Drider Civic Racecar, and the Mazda RX7 Gen 3 '95 premium car.

Had fun with all of them, but preferred the Acura (stock, not RM).....had the most fun with it over the others.

Didn't bother with any of the MX5's or Miatas, I've over-worked them in other races, LOL.

Too much fun!

One of two reasons I still play this game is to try to beat Chrome in the drift trials. Sometimes, I do!

Racing Medium front / Racing Soft rear

I wonder if those tire choices more closely resembled what was on the actual car.
