I slapped that tune you provided Dude.  I improved my initial time by over a second.  I'm either to aggressive with the throttle or I need to tweak 3nd and 4nd gears a little more.  I'm losing a shit ton of time on exit with wheel spin.

Thank you for providing linking a very nice tune.  I'll have a go at it again sometime this week.

Great to hear it and fixed, I've said before... I can't tune, but I am pretty good at finding good tunes.  :)

I have never had much luck changing that guy's (SW__10) gearing. I think you might try playing with TCS.

Also, as far as wheel spin is concerned. Technically you have a few choices. TCS (yes real race cars use this these days), up shift a tad sooner (yes tad is a technical term. It's a lot like a smidgen in cooking) and or there may be more but, using that throttle oversteer to tighten up the corner.

I did the FGT one and got up close to Boston.  He is a tenth faster, but I would think that throttle control is where it's at.  You don't want TCS coming on when you'd prefer it not to.  It might be hard to find the benefit of using it while also not introducing a detriment.

The SRT @ Nurb is truly crazy.  MasterGT has an amazing 4:29 there!

The problem with the car is its twitchy steering at high speed.  In order to keep the car on track for a whole nurblap, I  had to reduce throttle input severely whenever there was the slightest bend.

One thing that helped was making my Thrustmaster go to 1080 steering instead of the 900 that the car wants to do naturally in GT6.  Very annoying fix, though, because GT resets it to 900 every time you restart the Trial.

I'd imagine, that if we could open up and tune a few things, this could be okay... but it appears not to have been driven before releasing... and the video online has the designer talking about how he played GT for years... so I don't know what he was thinking...

That effingSRT @ Nurb has Racing Soft tires on it. If you could just change the front tire to Sports Soft or Racing Hard even it would be night and day.

Brindle came out and layed down a 1:31.0xx at Silverstone. That makes for three Tuna in the top 150 in the world!

I got on track again last night. I was following you close until Copse, then lost a ton more time through Maggots and Becketts. I'll get on track a couple more times before this is over.

The new Tokyo R246 Quick Match would be OK if it wasn't for all of the people who are out of their league attempting to race these cars.

The payout is good, though.

This is my last day of freedom and only partially so I have to be up at 4 am tomorrow so early to bed tonight. Was trying to enjoy my early afternoon made minor improvements on my seasonal time trials the 580 point one @ SSRT 5 got down to a 1:19.596 and the FGT got down to a 1:31.6xx. Need to get a few things done around here then may try to go back for some more before these disappear tomorrow.

EDIT; ran a bit more before heading ro bed just now got down to a 1:19.432 around SSRT 5.

I got an early time in at Suzuka with the NSX, it was good enough for 17th last night. I'm sure it has dropped substantially by now.

Went out for a bit last night after some family time and ran the Suzuka TT set a goal time of making it into the 1:08's. Got down to an 1:08.7xx but only tried the GSXR4 think the NSX LM and the 111R might be decent rides for this one as well. May not get to try again until Saturday night but also want to try the other TT as well. Good luck everyone.

So the Suzy race allows that GSXR?  Damn.  Leader boards are gonna be full with that ringer.

I'll give others cars a go before I end up in that thing.  I feel like I'm cheating using that car.  I know I'm not, as everybody uses it.

Lotus, RUF 3400, and the NSX will be my starters.

Good luck guys.  I look forward to chasing those blue lines.
