Restrictions
Tuning: Prohibited
Tires: Idk... I was gonna do Sport Hard like it is stock... but I'm tempted to go full on racing tires and just go kart the thing. Tune in and find out!
Lounge: Public Lounge
First 3: Monaco. Then Le Sarthe.
