Not exactly new, but I haven't heard anyone here mention it yet. Toyota is working on a hybrid LMP1 car to run first at a Spa endurance race then at 24 Hours of Le Mans. Go Toyota!

I hope it's a decent car as Peugeot has pulled the plug on their program effective immediately. Sebring will be a bore but I hope Toyota can provide Audi with some friendly competition come June... providing Audi still cleans up on track.

I'm a giant Audi fan and I don't want them to leave the sport because they don't have any competition. But I don't want them to lose either  :)

there are quite a few new entrants to the LMP class, with Toyota and now Pescarolo entering the ring again. I like the toyota team's chances, With Alexander Wurz and Anthony Davidson on staff.
