I found this video series on GT Planet and found it to be absolutely fantastic.  His explanations and examples are utterly descriptive.  I highly recommend taking a look.

Thanks Brindle for the recoommendation.  I searched and found these after you mentioned them.  Good stuff.  Not sure, but it probably improved my lap times by a second or more!

Releasing the brakes is one of my problems to work on.
