Thanks for the info.  I'll post something meaningful tonight, as last night I was just doing tasks and chores that had to be done after my 4 day trip, bleh.

Tonight will be fun stuff only!

What about including a 1990 Mazda RX-7 GTX?

Let me get back to you on that, but I'm leaning towards no for simplicity's sake.

Okay, from what I'm hearing the following people are interested:

DudeTuna
LooneyTuna - S2000
SplitFriedBrindle - Supra RZ
RickS95
exXboxFan
TunaPhreak

Ronin, the R34 is simply too good.  Is there another vehicle you'd be happy with?

Between this forum and some friends off another one (and some friends in general) I have 17 people total interested at this point.  That's (obviously) over the limit of 16 but I don't think everyone will show up for whatever date is picked.

2 people have already asked for the R33 Skyline GTR so consider that one taken.

The first track will be Tokyo, 22 laps.

Based on time frames I've been given how is 915pm EST on December 15th?  Or December 20th at the same time?  I realize this is the same nights as the TuTu and ShoSho but then again this forum has something going on almost every night of the week!

Lemme know!

It probably is, but in general I try to avoid Wednesdays as that seems to be when Sony does PSN or GT5 updates.

This may be a Japanese car series, but the events will be global!

The track list is as follows:

December - Tokyo
January - Madrid
February - Daytona Roadcourse
March - Laguna Seca
April - Circuit de la Sarthe
May - Rome
June - Monza
July - Indy Roadcourse
August - Suzuka

I'd prefer if you didn't use this car, to keep the selection of vehicles down, however after testing it out it seems mid pack and not an unfair advantage of any kind.  So if you insist you can.

First race is this Thursday the 15th, qualifying/practice starts at 9.  Race is at 915.

A few people have issue with the time so we're doing a consolation race as well, on Tuesday the 20th (same times).

Racing both days is cool if you like, but the 15th is the one I'm aiming to have most people attend.

The usual rules:

-ABS = 1 and TC allowed
-mild damage
-no penalties
-weak slipstream

Is there room for one more?  If so I might like to come in the Mitsubishi GTO, I think I have a '98 one but if not would one of the older ones be acceptable?

I checked my storage warehouse and it seems I only have the '98 Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo MR, is that going to be ok?
