Oh...  It was the OP that was confusing.  Sorry.  It's fixed now.

I think Gary was really wanting to see a date blunder.  It's been a while.   ;)

Tuna Twist - Each driver entering the event will declare their real life pick to win the Brickyard 400 on Sunday. Your driver's finish and your finish spots will be added together to decide our winner. For example I choose Tony Stewart, he finishes 5 and I finish 4, my total score is 9. Brindle picks Dale jr who finishes 1 and Brindle finishes 4 his total would be 5. Lowest score wins.

-Participants-

-BakedTuna - Tony Stewart
-Fried_Tuna - Juan Montoya

If this is this Sunday, then sign me up. I could also use a starter tune from any generous sole. (or soul)

Oh and  Kasey Kahne (just seen Mondo's pick) Kurt Busch

or...

249 TBA No Home Town  Toyota TBA Jay Robinson   <--  He sounds like a rapper, yo!  That's hip!

I'd be happy to share mine when I get home from work tonight, but you may not think me so generous when you discover how bad tire wear is with it.   :laugh  :-\   :( Sigh... I got a long ways to go and a short time to get there.   ^-^

It has to be better than stock which is what I will have. At the very least the gearing will help me immensely.  :)

I tried about 20 laps last night with my new Denny Hamlin Camry (Thanks Chrome) with a tune I just threw on from memory and was turning 49:1xx fairly consistently. I'm sure I can get it into the 48's.

I might be able to make it 20 laps before pitting but the tires were pretty worn.

Indeed. I can get laps @ 46.xxx and need to pit by lap 9.

Also, dlwrs6 gearing tip. Stock or close to it works really well.  :)

You all might want to start conserving tires.  I have been running mid 49's and tires are just past half (barely) at lap 20.  I assumed a 20-30 lap pit window.
