Picturing that. If Soks had a cruise ship simulator he could be Captain Stubing.

That's bitchin'!

that's cool!  Everyone who comes over to your place gets to see your passion for sim-racing as soon as they step in your living room.  However, the downside of that is probably that every time you watch your television, you're thinking about being on GT :D

Any CSR owners having an issue with their hands turning black?  I'm not sure where it is coming from.  It almost seams like the ink from the alcantara is coming off.  The alcantara is also coming off so I don't know if it is something underneath it.

Underneath is white plastic so I'm guessing it's the alcantara.

Mine started to come undone a while back.  Seemed like a difficult fix so I just ripped them both out.  It took some getting used to without the leather, but now I hardly notice it.

Mine is still fairly new and the alcantara is fine.

Mystery half solved.  It wasn't the alcantara.  I found a blotch of ink on my desk about where I put my controller.  The ink must have transferred from my desk to the controller to my hands to the alcantara.  It was just a coincidence that the alcantara was coming loose at the same time.

Now I have to figure out how the ink got on my desk in the first place.

Do we, or should we have a wheel maintenance section? The reason I ask is my G27 is getting a bit rattly. It started when I tried turning up the ffb, and even though its back to normal setting I get a loud rattle going over curbs. Did I break it or just need a clean and lube? Operation is otherwise smooth.
