Do we, or should we have a wheel maintenance section? The reason I ask is my G27 is getting a bit rattly. It started when I tried turning up the ffb, and even though its back to normal setting I get a loud rattle going over curbs. Did I break it or just need a clean and lube? Operation is otherwise smooth.

Sounds like a loose nut behind the wheel.

Actually I don't know what's wrong.

My DFGT has a little up/down play between the wheel and the housing, and I've thought more than once I might open it up.  Then I remember that all electronics I open up never power on ever again...   :-\

Here are some pics of my final build for my rig.  My original had some design flaws along with some after thoughts, that looked horrendous, compared to the final build.

These first pics are of my original rig.  As you can see, the side screen mounts for tripples had some major flaws as far as lining up the monitors.  Also, some different types of pipe fittings and weird angles.

Here's the pics of the new/final rig.  All is glued together except for the side screen mounts and the shifter rail.

I spied a pussy in the pedal box. It all looks great. Someday I will get around to inverting my pedals, the lazy is strong right now though.

nice. there are some cool features on that there, rig.

The kitty holster is a nice touch, and since it appears to be foam, should be good when you have your feet resting there too ;)

also... I need to get some pics up of my entire setup (maybe tonight if there was no flooding in the basement today...

Most impressive!

How "real" is your shifter setup compared to a real car? If it is fairly close that would be so awesome.

I will post up what I seen in Brindles pic's. I seen a rifle case and ammo box in the corner :)

Also I see you didn't go with the clutch arm extension on the new rig. I really liked the extra travel it gave when I had my old pedal set up.

Very nice work on everything man.
