Has anyone been able to use the Driving Force GT on GT Sport ?

I read somewhere that the DFGT is PS4 compatible, but I had no success on GT Sport.  It looks like PD didn't bother to support it.

So I got a Thrustmaster T150 with a GTArt mount.  The DFGT was mounted on a 15$ Ikea coffee table.

I'm happy with the new setup.

You have to get an adapter for $80. I bought this one.  https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/drive-hub-racing-wheel-converter-works-with-gt-sport.358306/

am i the only guy who wears through the leather on my Logitech wheel. Did it on my G27 where my thumb rested on the cross piece so changed my way for G29 now wore through where the heel of my hand rests. Maybe from my sweaty paws, I don't know, Steering wheel cover customized (thanks Mme Soks) and installed

I went a little crazy for fathers day and bought this as a combined fathers day/birthday present:

It is an 8020 rig that I bought from 4play racing on ebay. It is super rigid. I have a couple of things hanging precariously off of the wheel deck such as the ps3 controller, a DAC and DriveHub but they don't budge at all even when flailing in a rally stage (Dirt Rally is awesome). I went for the strong version just in case I upgrade to a direct drive wheel. My pedals feel night and day different from my old wheelstand, they don't move at all so the brake pedal feels a lot stiffer. The blue shift plate on the TH8 is a short throw 6 speed plate that I downloaded from Racedepartment and 3D printed. I had to swich to one of my Acer monitors since the Playstation monitor does not have a vesa mount.

Thanks, but my birthday is still a month away. The rig was going to be too expensive as just a fathers day present so I justified it by saying that it could be a birthday present as well.

Just in time for everyone everywhere to lose interest in GTS, my rig is nearing completion. Grabbed a surround sound system to dedicate to it and have begun enclosing it with blackout fabric. Just need to finish cutting the panels and get them all attached.
