System of a Down

Ok... so around 2002 i first heard this band on ATV Offroad Fury 2 on the PS2. I was very into rap then but i still thought that the song "Science" that System of a Down did on their 2001 album Toxicity was cool.

Now lets fast forward about 9 years. It was around August of 2011 when i met my best friend Albert891 (AKA Albert.) (Speaking of which... i think he registered here around January or Feburary of this year..... would one of you do me an intense favor and contact him via his PSN: Albert891 and tell him to get back on here? This is the only way i can talk with him for now. I'd highly appreciate it.)

Crap.... last school bell of the week is about to ring. I'll continue this topic on Monday. For now... just look up System of a Down on Youtube or something. They are a great band imo.

S.O.A.D. is incredible.  Sad that they are no longer a band.

'Science' is a bad ass song.  My favorite is 'Lonely Day'

Ummm..... actually they still are. They might record a new album in 2013 according to an interview with drummer John Dolmayan that was done in August of this year. Also during the same month they were on tour in Montreal and Toronto.

Also, i bet you're all curious as to my top 5 favorite songs by SOAD... well it's been a tough thought but here they are:

1. Toxicity
2. Soldier Side
3. Aerials
4. Psycho
5. Prison Song

Well, that's good news.  Serj must have realized that he is much better off with the band than going solo.  For me, his solo stuff wasn't very good.

Meh, the only good songs of his solo career in my opinion are "Empty Walls", "Harakiri" and "Money"
