For those interested, I Rekked Rick Enterprises is sponsoring your chance to get away on a European Holiday.  It'll be a 4-week (at least to start) trip through the Old Country.  Currently working with travel agents for dates and pricing.

Three races, 45-60 minutes long..

Just to throw a wrench in the monkeyworks I thought I'd reply :)

While I'm not big on long endurance races but I do kind of like the idea of 3 mid length races in one night / afternoon and the adding up of times thing.  Maybe for the team format it could be managed by having a selection of cars to drive, each team picks different cars to run and team mates must run different cars, team mate times could then be added together for an overall track time and all 3 track totals added for a grand total (and so on if it's a series over a few nights).

Feldynn, that wasn't exactly where I was headed, but it did entire my mind and is a possibility, particularly if no one is interested in an extended series (and let's face it, I've pissed off some people lately so I don't expect turnout to be huge).  I was originally going to try to have everything figured out before making a final post about an event, so I didn't look any dumber than normal, but I may go ahead with more details as soon as I get some stuff cleared off my desk.

I like this arrangement and also the idea of dividing the players into the teams into the group of three. This enables the players to play systematically.
