unfortunately, specs may change slightly, but if someone wants to start practicing, the specs listed should be pretty close to final.

Ha! Now WTR has been scored last due to going over allotted driver time in car. Some other teams are a bit pissed because in the past they were DQ'd and WTR was given 16th place with points.

so not only did they mess up, but what they did to fix it was too little too late?
