How about Sabine Schmitz for the female drivers? Maybe a "Queen of the Ring" event. I don't know much about her actual racing career or her birth date, but she seems pretty cool.

M5's at the Nordschleife to honour Sabine, that would be nice.
But apparently May is taken by some NASCAR driver.

Well, May may be set right now, but by all means keep recomending drivers. Keep in mind, we're still on the drawing board and the races set right now are majoritively recon to garner partisipation potenital. Like I said in the OP if it shows to be worth the effort to come up with 52 races, we can. Sabine looks like a great female entry for what could be week two in May should we go to a 52 race schedual. M5's at the Nordschleife would be an an interesting race.

March = Danica Patrick??

You know Arton Senna and Cale Yarborough were both born in march. Hell I would rather race in honor of Speed Racer than Danica.

Try this link: http://www.famouswhy.com/Born_Today/Month/5.html

You can search for Auto racers by month.

OH I'M SO ABOUT THIS!

I'm more than in should there be one to honor the late Peter Fernandez - the voice of Speed from the Cartoons.  He passed just a few days before I could meet him at Otakon...

I've made some major amendments to the OP. I'm hoping maybe this could help expidite the research a little bit. I still have a few people I have to go back and retrieve birthdate information for but still. I do mention that I think that 52 endurance races a year might be a little much but I would like to keep an open mind about it and keep it within the relm of possibility.

We'll need an appropriate car in the game. with that figured out it could be another Nordschleife race.

Villeneuve is definately worth mentioning, Sadly he is also (and most notably) an F1 driver making for two formula races in January. I looked over the wikipedia page on himand he drag raced a 67 mustang for a wile but....a race based on that might be a bit of a streach.

That does remind me of another favorite driver of mine in his son for a possible second week of April, He drove a 908 HDi FAP at Le Mans in 2007, it's not one of the ones depicted in the game but it's a possibility to consider.

I'm test driving the 908 now and I'm liking it (tho it's better after RKM tune from the planet). Who's the driver Ronin?

edit.. tuner name

Well, this 908 HDi FAP was driven by Jacques Villeneuve, Marc Gené and Nicolas Minassian. Granted it's not the one depicted in the game but it'll provide an additional chance to get the DLMP's out.
