Blancpain Endurance Series
« on: May 25, 2014, 09:16:28 AM »

Silverstone race is live right now.  Last years Academy winner (Nick McMillen) is racing in this one.  Nick is in the #80 GT-R

Can't embed the live events for some reason.

Just saw the #100 Ferrari 458 take a header into the tire wall at Eau Rouge, huge mess but the driver walked away, Nismo GT Academy Nissan driver also did a hell of a job to avoid the mess too as it happened right in front of him!

The safety cars are certainly getting a work out, last hour or so (just starting the 4th hour now) has been constant SC / yellow flag driving.  That Ferrari wreck seemed to cause a chain reaction of crashes just about every time they tried to restart the race and even a few incidents while under caution, latest was a big incident on the restart coming out of Eau Rouge that involved up to 6 cars I think.

Many thanks to Wiz for posting this up. Without cable this is the only way to get to see any of them. And many times I forget about what races are coming up until it is too late to catch them live like this.

Also, many thanks Wiz. I tuned in with my PS3 it looks awesome. I did arrive a bit early though as it was a full course yellow for an hour or so. I had a nice nap and listened to Radio BBC. Good Times!
