I should have an extra code when they actually send them out. So if anyone out there wants one speak up.

I would be very happy to acquire a code as soon as possible. Then I can pass mine on. My email mentioned weeks or months before I would receive it.

Does anyone have $500 I can borrow?

I don't remember what wheel you have Wiz, but ebay may be an option.

This dude at the planet has his V1 listed.

Anyone heard of these. They say the direct drive is more communicative than other systems and supposedly has a really strong feedback feel to it.

Yup.  Similar design to the Leo Bodnar wheel.

This one is rumored to be less expensive than the Bodnar, but I'll guess it'll still be around $2500 or so.  And that's just for the base.  Add more $$$ for a compatible wheel.

The Bodnar wheel is around $4750 (base + wheel), no pedals.

Just read where they are committed to a price under $2000 but even with that there is no effin way I am paying that kind of money for a wheel.

Any news Dude?  I hear they're starting to ship.

Also, just curious what you plan on doing with your current wheel?

I was able to place my order on September 28rd, they took my money and I have no update for shipping. From what I have read it will probably be end of November, then I still need a wheel rim. Hopefully by then Fanatec has sealed a deal with Sony as a supported wheel supplier and they release a PS4 wheel rim.

At this time I have no plans for the GT2 wheel.
