Restrictions
Tuning: Prohibited
Tires: Sport Hard
Lounge: Public Lounge
First 3: Grand Valley Reverse

What's the Deal?
This is the 1999 S2000. The one that revs to 9 grand.

Got booted from PSN... wouldn't let me sign back in. Sucks bc it was fun as hell up to that point. Hope you guys got to keep running
