Prologue Flashback
« on: June 19, 2011, 07:34:45 AM »

This afternoon I will be running the RM'd Cappy at DSS.  20 lap races set with a 5 min auto start.  Run everything you can on that car and swing on by for some "good times".

If these cars are run anything like prologue at DSS, we all know what is in store.

Happy father's day all you dads!!!!

The wife has some stuff for me to do today, but I'll check in when I can. Should be a lot of fun.

I am assuming you need a new pine scented air freshener tree to hang from the mirror. Am I close?

Really fun stuff doing the flashback.

The R1/R3 was excellent an tip Fried, as was Cip's gears 1st full left slider, 6th full right slider and BigRek came through with 5/5 aero.

Thank you Brindle.

This was a hell of a good time.  Even better once Cip shared the tranny tips.  Thanks for that as well.

She was a wiley little minx.  Not easy to tame at first, but once under control, it made for some super racing!

From the last race of the day

The race proceeded much like this...

until disaster strikes on lap 7 bringing out the caution.

After regrouping we continued to run in a tight four car ball until Cips last lap fire works blow up in his hand

leaving Ronin (29), Dude (42) and Boston (77) to fight it out for the win

Boston takes the race with a fraction of a second between him and third, Well done Boston.

^^^^^
That was the best race of the day for me.  Not because I won it, but because the racing was so tight and clean.  Thanks for the pics.
