Yeah, that glitch definitely sounds like more effort than it's worth IMO!  In an hour I could just grind for 7.5 mil and buy what I wanted and have some fun racing instead of re-loading game data for 30 min  :D

Apparently, Kazunori tweeted that the next update at the end of August will be small, fixing a few bugs from the last update.

Must be network problems...

When I did it, it took about the same amount of time on all machines.  It took mere seconds to download and about a minute to install.

You WAIT for it first, then he will ANNOUNCE it, then it will come SOON.

You just have to listen to him. At the end of August, he said: "Updates are in preparation. First [there will be] bug fixes, then feature updates and DLC will probably follow. The decentralization of our studios and framework is a greater burden than I thought…"

I just enjoy taking shots at them, and once in a while, at random people.

I remember that quote about bug fixes, updates, and DLC. I do believe improvements will be made to the game, 'soon', and I will be happy when they do so. I'm trying not to hope for any huge improvements though, as what PD 'wants' to do isn't always what they end up doing.
