What will it take to get this special package?

What if I just buy the paint package, or track package, or car package, but only one package?

Do I still get the addition?  :-\

Logically speaking, anyone who buys Any of the DLC should be rewarded the Special Addition, usable only the PSN account on which said DLC was purchased....but that's logically speaking.

I'm betting the special addition will be the chromeline Jag.  Europe got it through facebook.  Japan got it for Christmas.  We are the only ones not to get it yet.  Although I fully expect that either Canada or Quebec will be excluded from the special addition as usual.

What happens in cases like Looney's??   His PS3 is on the way out. 

If he was to get the DLC and then get a YLOD then what?  I mean,  Will he have to REBUY the DLC?   

Have they changed the store?  After my most recent YLOD, I bought a new PS3, went to the store, looked at my DL history and RE DL'ed what I wanted to.  Are people not going to have this option with the GT content if they get a YLOD?

Does that make any sense?

I've YLOD'd once already and all online purchases I made prior to said event were able to be replicated without cost on my new PS3 (re-download without paying again). But hey, maybe they'll mess this up too.
