"New" content being unlocked on the GT5 disc.  I can't call it DLC, cause it ain't!

I now understand why that Cape Ring &%&%^%(**&^ put out at release... cause nobody would have been fool enough to buy it after the game's release.   >:(

Kitty litter works well in the snow for buses too!!  9 year olds.... not so much.

i hear that the store may not update upon download of the update, though.

will be intersting to see.

and cobra_girl, I'm not sure if it really is on our game disc, but that last update was over 400mb and did not seem to contain enhancements that should make up that much space.

so it could already be on your hard drive (well yea of course it is if you have academy installed) but I doubt it's from the game disc itself.

ACTUALLY come to think of it, my GT academy demo would sometimes spin the GT5 disc that was in my console.  I wonder what it was doing?

Pike's Peak was reportedly on the disc as well and we haven't seen it yet either.  The three that I remember being discussed before the game's release and weren't originally included were Spa, Motegi and Pike's Peak.  We've gotten two of them so far, I guess we'll see in another 5 months about the next one!!

May not be another 5 months, but it'll probably be 'soon.'

I got a "system update" last night but do not see the DLC being discussed out in the PS Store.  Was it really released today?

It was a great reminder for a safety meeting while the update downloaded.  :bong

I checked about 5.15pm east side, both the free Scion and $5 track are available.

Indeed they are.

Luckily I still had some funds left in my virtual wallet.

I like this track...but can those without DLC tracks drive them? If not, who's paying for this track?

I don't want to pay for a track that only some friends can use.
