What ever the problem is, as long as my bob keeps winning and his driving seems to be getting better, and I can get the reward cars I'm happy.

Once you get to level 40 your bar goes black.  However, your Bobs do gain XP and skills  (at least until they also reach level 40).

Easy cross-check I did:
Level 38 driver with bar almost full enough to advance to level 39.  Ran enough for 1M XP and he went to level 39 and filled the bar about one eighth full.  Retired a level 40 driver and added new meat to the mix.  Ran him enough for 1M XP and he went from level 0 to level 20-something.  Both drivers also gained skillz.

However, once they reach level 40 they will start to lose them...

also also  XP bar stayed black and at level 40 for the whole process...

That's far better than Kaz continually telling us we'll get shit 'soon.'

:huh. "Rather soon"

So I wonder if that is sooner than soon or sometime after soon?

I know what I'd rather have...

I wonder if this has any thing to do with the Fisker Karma rumors I have caught wind of.

I wouldn't worry about it for a while, for at least two reasons.

Since GamesCom is over, the next show, in Tokyo, is almost a month away, so it probably won't be before then.

Plus, he also said, less than a week ago, "If I carelessly say when it will be released, you’ll end up with people saying things like ‘it’s been delayed again!?’ so I will no longer say at this type of event.", when he was in Shanghai.

Also, SONY execs have been known to talk even more directly in public and they have almost always turned out to be very wrong, for whatever reasons.

I'll wait for the press release.  ::)

Cool lookin' little car. So that brings the tally of cars we have yet to get to 4, I think it is. 2 Camaros, some weird lookin' ride, and this.

Is the "weird looking ride" the Plymouth XNR Concept? It sold at auction over the weekend for $935,000.

The Mustang Trans-Cammer was also up for auction but didn't meet its reserve.

Guess I should have mentioned what the hell it is, eh?  It's a 1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Pinin Farina Coupe.
