Dude was shocked to see you had not posted this yet.
http://autoweek.com/article/formula-one/fia-bans-formula-one-radio-transmissions

Whaddya think? Personally I am in favor of making the drivers be drivers.

I personally think it is good news, I'm not sure they will actually be able to enforce it though. :)

Here's a link to some Q and A
http://m.gpupdate.net/en/f1-news/316066/q-a-with-the-fia-on-team-radio-restrictions/

:stoopid:

those "chats" should be in driver debrief after practice/qually

I think we are all pretty much on the same page. What would you guys think of them going so far as to say race control can be the only communication over drivers radios for safety needs and what not. And go back to pit boards.

Some of the teams without much money may actually have to use a pit board. The teams that are well off use steering wheels with LCD displays that make the pit board unnecessary. Singapore is next week and I'm looking forward to it.

Fuck Toto Wolff. "It will require a significant effort from the teams to understand how best we can work around it,"

Decent and somewhat funny F1 podcasts.

There are different ways of downloading and listening. I have an ipad and just used the podcast app to search for tj13.

Alonso to Mclaren/Honda in 2015.

Not so fast...

An analysis of Alonso's position:

If there is no announcement this weekend, then I will agree with you.

But Alonso to McLaren and Hamilton to Ferrari might be fun.

Honda Power Unit

Could I get one of these for my Civic hatchback and turn it into a Clio like ride?
