This week we go spec racing with a specially commitioned Tuna edition of the classic British Caterham sports car!  Tested and tuna'd by the boys at our very own Fishtank Motorsports secret facility (located at 123 Pebbly Beach Industrial Park, between SeaWeed Castle and the Bubbling Treasure Chest), this excellent package is based on the Caterham Seven Fireblade and though it is heftier than the base model it is still surprisingly agile due to the upgraded suspenion package and has a nice increase in power to boot.

NOTE:  Track should be announced soon but I wanted to get the post up ASAP so everyone has time to get the car up to spec and try it out.  Also if anyone had issues with the Caterham back in GT5 please take a few minutes to give this spec a try, the car seems (to me at least) to be much more controllable now in GT6 and even more fun to drive than before especially at this spec.

Track is up, so many good tracks to choose from it was hard to decide but I finally settled on Trial Mountain.  I did quite enjoy the various Cape Ring configs as well as pretty much every place I took it LOL, so there may well be some track jumping going on this week .

Love the Caterham though!

I set it up at lunch today, it's an awesome ride. I did have to add the ECU to get to proper horsepower and PP specs.

That was fub as hell last night.  That car is so much fun to drive, so long as you keep it going in the right direction.  Took me 7+ laps, to finally start putting in completed laps and some sort of a decent time.

LOL great picture Wiz, made so much more betterer because of how much I've always liked Al Bundy / Married with Children .

Also thanks everyone that dropped in last night, that car / spec was absolutely mad fun!  I certainly have a new respect for Trial Mountain too now, I had no idea how much "texture" there was in the road there (read odd little bumps that would spin you out in a heartbeat haha!).
