So, the DLC price of $12 / package / account will add up for those with multiple accounts.

Ah...  That's right...   Being DLC I guess we can't gift it to our other PSN userids...   (what about sub-accounts.  though i have none)

For all other "DLC" in GT (stealth cars, chromeline, shaving car, preorder), all accounts get the car.  I would expect the same for the new DLC.

the DLC if downloaded on one account it is saved to the game data not specific accounts so if you buy on alternate id you will have it on all accounts including stvm/stgt accounts the same with map packs for call of duty they are downloaded on one account but can be used on multiple

in awnser to your question looney this is astatement saying if DLC is downloaded on one account it can be used on all accounts not just the one its downloaded from
just like the chromeline cars they are on all accounts and with the camaro edgess special you download it on one you have it on all accounts

Apparently Kaz has tweeted that more DLC is coming.  No mention of when.  I'm expecting a strict schedule of once per month, which to PD means the next one will be in 2 or 3 months then five months after that and then maybe four months after that.
