Tip of the day for Subaru TT

Go to 23 seconds on my vid....  you should be able to keep it floored from before that left side rumble strip all the way to the brake zone for the hard right before the bridge overpass.  If you're having to lift off the throttle through the right/left esses, you need to practice that spot until you can get through there without lifting.

A really good exercise for this spot is to keep starting over if you goof up.  I know starting over and over isn't fun, but it's early in the lap so it isn't too bad.   The point of the exercise is getting through those esses on cold tires.  It's a bit trickier to get through there with cold tires but once you get it figured out, getting through on warm tires should be a breeze.

I look at typical opponents in the 430pp hothatch and the 1976 Golf GTI stands out as something wrong. I do not think the car has 177hp. Wrong, wrong and wtf.

I'm fairly sure that little Golf can get over 200hp with all the power mods, it's a near little car :).  Only downside is you can take ANY Euro car at 430PP or less into the event because there isn't an actual "Hot hatch" classification / restriction, also Skid Recovery Farce :(.

Actually there is no  try.  I will just do it!

Go get that 33 Ex! :)

got it!  1:33.803 which had a couple mistakes but I couldn't get that perfect (for me) lap to come together before realizing I was spending way too much time on it...

Wiz and Fried were still above me on the leaderboards... not unexpected ;)

For my first time ever using an X car, I got a 2:20.513 in this time trial.

It just took a bit of practice to figure it out, so no biggie.

I think it was me that was running laps with you that night.  I forgot about that.... that was fun.

I wasn't planning on running any laps for X2010 TT but now I just might have to. :)

Yeah that was me Wiz. I think it was after the final GT300/500 series race. There were a few other guys as well. I got out during kids' nap time today for this TT. Got 2'17.8##. Pretty good lap I think. I didn't notice much time loss anywhere. If anything, faster drivers probably make up time in the chicanes on the big straight. Compared to drivers with slower times, I probably make up time on the mid speed right going onto the big straight (early in the lap) on the Porsche curves...where I can almost keep it full throttle all the way through. Keep it in 7th and hold on!
